Integrated type down-the-hole drill(YRID-845) is an integrated open-pit down-the-hole drill rig designed by our company for large-diameter drilling. We use a reinforced propulsion beam made of steel to ensure stable and efficient working conditions.;

For electronic components, we use high-quality imported products that are dustproof and waterproof, so that they can withstand various complex and harsh working environments.;

We equip a two-stage screw air compressor, which provides a larger displacement and is more fuel-efficient at the same pressure;

Eaton propulsion motor, with 24A roller chain, strong propulsion, wear-resistant and stable;

14-core dust removal air filter, large-displacement motor, meet the needs of 115-150 aperture;

Optional fully automatic loading and unloading rod system to achieve simple operation by one person

Advantages

Integrated type down-the-hole drill equipped with the large maintenance area allows workers to easily repair or maintain damaged components. A dual-stage air filter ensures safe operation and extends the machine's service life. For transportation, we chose a heavy-duty travel beam and reinforced rollers, enabling fast travel even in complex mining conditions, with a climbing grade of 30°. We also selected an Eaton propulsion motor with a built-in braking system for added stability and durability.
