High Power Integrated Down-the-hole Drill

High power integrated down-the-hole drill(YRID-847) integrated surface drill rig is a key piece of equipment for drilling blastholes and pre-splitting holes in open-pit mines and rockwork projects. It covers a drilling diameter range of 115-150mm and is suitable for medium-hard to hard rock formations (f=6-20).

The High power integrated down-the-hole drill is powered by a 165kW diesel engine, integrated with a hydraulic transmission and a high-pressure air compressor system (exhaust pressure = 20 bar, displacement = 15 m³/min). Our compressors are all two-stage, achieving greater exhaust volume and lower fuel consumption at the same pressure, meeting environmental protection requirements for green mining. It supports vertical, inclined, and horizontal drilling at multiple angles, achieving an economical drilling depth of up to 30 meters.
